To be eligible to receive an invitation, a woman must be working in a management or professional capacity, or in an occupation with similar status or responsibility. We also welcome a limited number of qualified women who are starting out in their career, taking a career break or who are no longer working.

Participate in meeting and conferences in many parts of the world.
